LIBERO: Pass, dig and serve with this high intensity camp designed to help back row players become specialists in the art of controlling the volleyball. Campers will learn the details of platform control, floor moves, reading the attacker, and mental routine. This camp is also great for attackers and setters who want to improve their ball control and defense.
SETTER: Become the reliable leader your team needs by learning to set the consistent ball that your hitters love. Campers will learn how to control their delivery, tempo, and location of all their sets. Setters will become unreadable, learn deception techniques, and learn to be an offensive threat as well.
ATTACKER: Jump Higher, Hit Higher, Hit Harder. Refine the details of your approach, and armswing and vision to maximize your attack. Choose to specialize as a middle or a pin attacker at this high intensity and high repetition camp. We'll cover attacking from serve receive, blocking/defensive transition, and in-system and out-of-system.
